Aluminum mat with a rubber insert

Flat aluminum profiles with rubber. Can be rolled up, easy to clean. Traps very large amounts of dirt in the spaces between the profiles. Active profile made of natural rubber notched perpendicularly and parallely safe in freezing drizzle conditions. Recommended for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for entrances with all kinds of pedestrian traffic, but the mat is not resistant to car or trolleys. Optionally with an acoustic backing.

Profile height 17 mm, profile width 24 mm, total height of the mat without acoustic backing 18 mm, with the underlay 20 mm.

Aluminum mat with rubber and linear brush

Flat aluminum profiles with rubber and a linear a brush in any proportions (rubber – brush 1: 1, 2: 1, 3: 1, 5: 1). Can be rolled up, easy to clean. Stops dirt through the action of a linear brush reaching above the rubber surface. Perfectly removes sand and other impurities, safe in conditions of freezing drizzle. Recommended for indoor and outdoor use. Suitable for entrances with all kinds of pedestrian traffic, but the mat is not resistant to car or trolleys. It can also be used as the only entrance cleaning element. Optionally with an acoustic backing.

Aluminum mat with a linear brush

The oval-shaped aluminum profiles with a linear brush cause dirt to slide into the space between the profiles, so the mat does not require regular cleaning. Just removing sand and debris from the ground is enough. Stops 100% dirt thanks to nylon brushes that affect the entire surface of the footwear. Recommended for indoor and covered outdoor entrances. The mat can also be used as the sole cleaning element for the entrance, but in this case an indoor drying mat is also recommended. Suitable for entrances with light to medium pedestrian traffic.

For entrances with heavy traffic a 17/24 mm rectangular profile is requied, additionally stabilizing the mat. Optionally with an acoustic backing.

Flat aluminum profiles with felt. Can be rolled up, easy to clean. Traps very large amounts of dirt in the spaces between the profiles and absorbs moisture. Recommended only for interior entrance areas. Suitable for entrances with light to medium pedestrian traffic. In order to maintain the optimal performance, it is recommended to use it with an external mat that traps humidity and dirt. Optionally with an acoustic backing and the possibility of using non-flammable felt, fire class CFL s1.
